Class(age 4-11)girls and boys:
Tuesday from 5:00-5:45pm
$45 a month or $80.00 for
2 months advance
Registration fee of $35.00 is due upon enrolling. Registration
fee includes pareo(wrap, warm up CD, 15 minute private lesson and administration).
This class teaches
the basics of hula and tahitian to children. They will learn dance routines to perform.Students learn the language of
Hawaii and Tahiti. Children do get performance opportunities thru out the year when they are established. Costumes are
an additional cost.
Wahine
Class(teen/adult):
Wahine Class Schedule:
Tuesdays 6:00-7:30pm and 1 saturday workshop a month from 10:00-11:00am
This class teaches ancient
hula kahiko, hula auana and tahitian dancing. Students learn the language of Hawaii and Tahiti along with the culture
and the difference between tahitian dancing and Hawaiian Hula. Students also learn dance routines that are used in performances.
When asked it is optional on whether the student would like to perform or not. Costumes are an additional cost. Implements
are used in class. Temporary loaners are available free to new students who do not have any. Implements can be purchased
from Aloha Nui Hula. The Wahine class is $65 a month. Registration fee of $35.00 is due upon enrolling. Registration
fee includes pareo(wrap), warm up CD, 15 minute private lesson and administration.
Private
Lessons are available for enrolled students. Cost is $40.00 for 30 minutes or $15.00 for 15 minutes. Call to
schedule.
KANE CLASS(men,teen/adult) is needing instructor. Contact us for details and interest.
DRUM LINE: Tahitian drummers are needed. Contact us for
details and interest.
**Classes are taught by Auntie Anne. Auntie Anne has 10
years of instructing experience and since September 2007 with Hula and Tahitian dancing. Her aloha heart and young
blood makes it a fun and professional enviroment for everyone.
